1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving non-custom products. Items must be unused, undamaged, kept in original packaging with all accessories complete.

2. Non-Returnable Items

All personalized, custom engraved pet urns and custom memorial keepsakes are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production starts, unless there is our manufacturing error, defect or damage during transit.

3. Damaged / Defective Goods

If you receive broken or defective products, please contact us with photos within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund after verification.

4. Return Shipping Cost

For qualified non-custom returns, buyers bear return shipping fees. For our fault (defect, wrong engraving), we cover related shipping costs.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

6. Policy Update

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Updates take effect after publication on our website.
